Welcome to our homepage! We invite you to visit our restaurant and get to know our high-quality cuisine.
Ravels Bistro has been serving amazing and reasonably priced food in their cosy and warm surroundings for over 20 years now.
Ravel’s is just a small 40 seater bistro in the back streets bordering Belsize Park and Gospel Oak in North London, however it has an amazing list of famous patrons including Chris Martin, Katie Melua and Michael Palin. Ravel’s is such a firm favourite amongst these celebrities that it has even been mentioned in Russell Brand’s memoirs ‘My Booky Wook’.
‘’Sarah and I had a lovely meal at Ravels unpretentious Bistro, down the road in Hampstead, dear sweet, beautiful Hampstead. We ate well Sarah and I, in an alcove – which is now our table.’’
‘My Booky Wook’ (Page 326)
Ravels Bistro serves good quality, home made dishes, based on French and European cuisine including fresh seafood, fish dishes, meat grills and great vegetarian food. All desserts are made on the premises and meals are served with a basket of hot gourmet breads.
It has been known to local community and regular guests as very friendly, honest and reasonably priced, unpretentious place to eat.
We offer a large variety of choice so that people of all ages will be satisfied when they dine at Ravel's Bistro.
Ravel’s Bistro has developed a strong reputation over the past years. Most diners come due to personal recommendations from friends or are regular customers. The restaurant has developed its own unique character as a French type bistro, with interesting décor and friendly service. Ravel’s aim is to service great value home made meals and provide a unique and memorable eating experience to all customers. The personal touch of the owners, casual atmosphere and low prices made the place popular with local residents, Royal Free Hospital junior medical staff and customers trying new restaurants through recommendations.
